Cookie and storage policy

In short

AI Worksheets uses one cookie (to remember the language you choose) and the browser's storage to keep you signed in, keep unsaved work safe and remember how you like the screens laid out. We use no advertising, analytics or tracking cookies, and no third party sets cookies on our pages. Everything we store is strictly necessary for the service you ask for or remembers a choice you made, so we do not need your consent and show no cookie banner (article 22.2 of Spanish Law 34/2002, LSSI). YouTube and Vimeo videos load only if you press "Play" (see below).

Article 22.2 of the LSSI covers cookies and similar technologies, such as the browser's local and session storage, so this policy lists both.

Browser storage

These items stay in your browser; the app reads them on your device and they are not sent to us with every request. "Local storage" stays until it is cleared; "session storage" goes when you close the tab.

The theme cache (aplus_theme_preset_v1) is removed on sign-out. The others stay until you clear the site data in your browser; apart from the account id in the name of aplus_student_password_mode_…, they contain no personal data.

Third parties

No third-party cookies on our pages. The app talks directly to our sign-in provider (Supabase) and our error-reporting service (Sentry); neither stores anything on your device from our site. Sentry receives error reports and a sample of page-load timings, without personal data (see the privacy policy).
Google. If you sign in with Google or connect Google Classroom, you go to Google's pages, where Google's cookies and privacy policy apply.
Embedded videos. Teachers can attach YouTube or Vimeo videos to worksheets. Until you press "Play", the video is only a card with its title and nothing is sent to YouTube or Vimeo. When you press it, you choose to load the player: your browser connects to YouTube (in its privacy-enhanced mode, youtube-nocookie.com) or Vimeo (with "do not track", dnt=1), which receive your IP address and may store cookies or data on your device under their own policies (YouTube/Google, Vimeo). If you do not want that, do not press "Play".

How to delete or block these items

You can clear cookies and site data at any time in your browser settings (usually under "Privacy" or "Site settings", for app.aiworksheets.online). Signing out removes your session, unsaved drafts and the theme cache. If you block storage, you cannot stay signed in and the app may not work.

Changes

If we add a cookie or a storage item, we update this page first. If a new item needs your consent, we will ask before using it.
